The hotel has a nice terrace looking onto a plaza and you are also very close to a shopping mall which is on another side of the plaza. Breakfast is great with lots of choice. We ate in the restaurant one night and it was nice. The staff was very helpful and friendly and receptionists arranged our guided trip to Auschwitz as well as recommending a very good local restaurant, booking an early taxi when we left and even organizing a take away breakfast. When we arrived, we were handed a guide to the city as well as a map etc. The rooms are lovely. Very stylish bathroom and the room were clean, comfortable and well equipped with things like an iron and ironing board.
