A nicely designed hotel with friendly staff, but they seem to have problems executing some of their services and it ends up being a bit inconvenient. When we arrived, we were informed that the pool was closed for a couple of days to restain the deck. Very disappointing that we weren't told ahead of time, as we switched to this hotel because our previously booked hotel had their pool closed. The staff were very friendly and tried to help make it up to us, offering pool passes to their sister hotel, but obviously this was a bit inconvenient. Room design is nice but not necessarily functional. The half wall in the tub results in a flood on the floor every time you shower. They only offer one key for room, so if you are a couple, you have to leave the key at the front desk and pick it up there in case you arrive home separately. Rooms facing the courtyard look nice, but can be very noisy as children pack the courtyard after school and on weekends. Coffee is available, but you have to get a coffee pod at the front desk, then take it down to the business center to brew it. Not exactly convenient. On the plus side the location is fantastic, the rooms are clean, the hotel is relatively new, the pool deck is nice, and the staff are very friendly and helpful.
