We stayed at this hotel for a week during the off season and enjoyed our stay. The location is great. It's an easy walk to the famous pier or the main street with shopping and restaurants. We had an SPG room with a great sea view and a king size bed. The room was very clean and included a full-size ironing board, room safe, large TV, desk, table, and chairs. The bathroom has a shower with hand-held and rain shower heads and a separate soaker-style tub. We did not visit the attached spa or restaurants, but we did enjoy the breakfast buffet every morning. The buffet was the best I've seen at a hotel and included a large variety of hot and cold options. Some of the options changed throughout the week as well. The multi-lingual staff, in all roles, are one of the best things about the hotel. Everyone we talked to was friendly and extremely helpful. They were happy to answer questions and help out with requests. I had a very early flight and the front desk made sure a taxi was waiting to take me to the airport - they also had a breakfast box ready and waiting so I had fuel for travel. We also used a meeting room in the attached conference center for the week and were very pleased with the arrangements. There was plenty of room for the attendees, the equipment worked well, and the staff made sure the refreshments were restocked throughout the day. Again, the staff were excellent and helped us with a few requests, ensuring the room supposed our expectations. Overall, I think this is a great option if you are visiting Sopot for work or pleasure. I was impressed with both the accommodations and the people. I would definitely stay here again.
